Transportation Insight is a proud sponsor of the nationally traveling exhibit “From Here to There” which explores the science of how things move by land, sea, and air. The 1,500 square foot exhibit presents hands-on experiments which allow visitors to learn about gravity, friction, and the laws of motion. “Transportation Insight is excited to support the local Catawba Valley area and the Catawba Science Center in transportation and logistics education,” said CEO Paul Thompson. “Knowledge of the value of transportation in everyday life highlights our company’s value in solving problems that affect cost and availability of goods and services.”

Transportation Insight has been ranked number 60 on the 2007 Top 100 Private Companies list as compiled by Grant Thornton LLP. Business North Carolina magazine published the annual ranking in their October 2007 issue. The company was ranked number 71 in 2006.
