A: Yes. The client chooses the preferred carriers and routings based on the rates and services negotiated by Transportation Insight.
Q: How long will it take to start realizing some savings?
A: Typically between 45 - 60 days based on the complexity and shipping requirements.
Q: What modes of transportation are required?
A: All modes including parcel, LTL, truckload, air freight and ocean freight.
Q: What carriers are used?
A: Carriers are selected by the client, based on the pricing, service levels, familiarity with the client's business and recommendations by Transportation Insight.
Q: How long is my commitment to Transportation Insight?
A: The commitment is for 3 years allowing an additional four months for new pricing implementation. However, an "out clause" with no fees or penalties is included in the agreement.
